Burdur İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüğü tarafından eski eser ve müzeye dikkatleri çekmek, ilin tanıtımında karikatürleri de kullanmak amacıyla "eski eser-müze ve insan ilişkileri" konulu 27. Uluslararası Karikatür yarışması gerçekleştirilecektir. 26 yıldır düzenlenen yarışma ilk defa uluslararası düzeyde gerçekleştirilecektir. Yarışma şartnamesi Türkçe , İngilizce ve Almanca olarak yayınlanmıştır. Yarışmaya çizerlerin ilgilerini bekliyoruz.    

 

 

 

 

 

Madde 1: Burdur Valiliği İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüğü tarafından 18 Mayıs 2012 tarihinde kutlanacak olan “Müzeler Günü” kutlama etkinlikleri içerisinde 27. Uluslararası Karikatür Yarışması düzenlenmiştir.

 

 

 

 

Madde 2: Son yıllarda kültür varlığı kaçakçılığı, yurt dışına kaçırılmış olan kültür varlıklarımızın yurdumuza geri getirilmesi çalışmaları, tarihi ve doğal sitler, anıt eserler ve tarihi çevre bilinci ile bilimsel araştırmalar ve arkeolojik kazılarla müzeler Ülkemizin gündeminde sürekli yer almış ve başlıca gündem konusu olmuştur.

 

Amacımız karikatüristlerimizi özendirmenin yanı sıra, konu ile ilgili düşünce ve eleştirilerini almak ve eski eser sevgisini geniş kitlelere yaymak, ilimiz turizminin gelişmesine katkı bulunmak ve bu konudaki mesajların ülkenin gündeminde sürekli olarak canlı kalmasını sağlamaktır.

 

 

 

 

Madde 3 :Yarışmanın konusu “Eski Eser - Müze ve İnsan İlişkileri” dir.

 

 

 

 

Madde 4: Yarışmaya, yarışma seçici kurul üyeleri, jüri üyelerinin birinci ve ikinci derece yakınları dışında herkes katılabilir.

 

Madde 5: Yarışmaya çizerler en fazla 5 yapıtla katılabilirler.

 

Madde 6: Yarışmaya gönderilen yapıtlar özgün,  hiç bir yerde yayınlanmamış ve orjinallerinin olması, fotokopi vb. örneklerinin gönderilmemesi gerekmektedir. Fikri sorumluluk çizerlere aittir.

 

Madde 7:Yarışmaya gönderilen yapıtta Burdur ve Burdur’da bulunan antik şehirlerin ve eserlerin yer alması eserin değerlendirilmesi sırasında öncelik sağlayacaktır.

 

Madde 8: Yarışmaya gönderilen yapıtların sağ arka köşesinde katılımcının adı soyadı ve adresi ile telefon numaraları yazılı olacaktır. Ayrıca, kısa özgeçmişlerini de yazılı olarak ekli olarak göndereceklerdir.

 

Madde 9:Yapıtların boyutları 35x25 cm ebadında olacak, daha büyük ve küçük yapıtlar yarışma dışı bırakılacaktır.

 

Madde 10: Ön elemeyi kazanan yapıtlar (Sergilenmeye Layık Görülen) İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüğü (Burdur Müzesi) tarafından uygun görülen diğer yerlerde de sergilenebilecektir.

 

Madde 11: Yarışmaya katılan karikatürler Burdur Valiliği İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüğü malı olacaktır. Karikatürlerin tüm telif hakları İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüğüne devretmiş sayılacaklardır. Yayınlanması halinde çizerler bu yayınlardan bir hak talebinde bulunamayacak, ancak yayınlar çizerlere ücretsiz olarak ayrıca gönderilecektir.

 

 

 

 

Madde 12: Yarışmaya son katılma tarihi 11 Mayıs 2012 Cuma günüdür. Değerlendirme ise 14 Mayıs 2012 Pazartesi günü yapılacaktır. Ödül Töreni 18 Mayıs 2012 tarihinde Müzeler Günü kutlama programı çerçevesi içerisinde gerçekleştirilecektir. Yarışmada ödül alan yapıt sahipleri, ödül törenine katılarak ödüllerini alacaklardır. Bu iş için Burdur’a geliş gidiş otobüs ve oturum ücretleri karşılanacaktır. 27. COMPETITION REGULATIONS
 

 

 

ARTICLE 1: Burdur Governorship, Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism will organize the 27th International Cartoon Competition in the framework of the Week of Museums to be celebrated on 18 May, 2012.

 

 

 

 

ARTICLE 2: The smuggling of historical artifacts, the efforts to bring the smuggled cultural artifacts back to our country, historical and natural sites, monumental works and consciousness of historical environment have continuously taken place on the agenda of our country in parallel to scientific researches and archeological excavations.

 

Our objectives in this competition are, besides encouraging our artists, also receiving their opinions and criticism on these issues, disseminating the love of historical artifacts to a wider section of population, contributing to the development of tourism in the city and ensuring that the messages on these issues will remain on the agenda of our country.

 

 

 

 

ARTICLE 3: The theme of the competition is “Historical Artifacts-Museum and Human Relations”.

 

 

ARTICLE 4: Everybody can participate in the competition, jury members and their first and second degree relatives.

 

ARTICLE 5: Artists can send a maximum of 5 works to the competition.

 

ARTICLE 6: The works to be submitted to the competition must be original and not published before. The submission must be made with originals and not copies such as photocopy etc. The intellectual content of the works are the responsibility of artists.

 

ARTICLE 7: The works that highlight Burdur or its antique cities and artifacts will be given priority during the evaluation of the works.

 

ARTICLE 8: The name, surname, address and phone number of the participants must be written on the right hand side at the back of the works. Participants will also submit their brief resume enclosed in the post.

 

ARTICLE 9: The format of the works will be 35 x 25 cm and the works smaller or bigger than that format will be disqualified.

 

ARTICLE 10: The works which qualify in the preliminary evaluation (means that they are found worth to be exhibited) will be exhibited in the Burdur Museum or other relevant places.

 

ARTICLE 11: The cartoons to be submitted to the competition will be the property of the Burdur Governorship Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism. All the copyrights of the works will be considered to have been transferred to the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism. In case the works are published, the artists will not ask for copyright on the possible publications of their cartoons, but the copies of the publications will be sent to them free of charge.

 

 

 

 

ARTICLE 12: The deadline for participation in the competition is Friday, 11 May 2012. The evaluation will be made on 14 May 2012. The award ceremony will be take place on 18 May 2012 in the framework of the Week of Museums. The owners of the awarded works will receive their awards during their participation in the award ceremony. Their transportation to/from Burdur and the session fees will be covered by the organizers. Artikel 1: Die Stadtdirektion für Kultur und Tourismus des Gouverneursamtes Burdur organisiert im Rahmen des Festtages “Tag der Museen”, der am 18. Mai 2012 gefeiert wird, den 27. Internationalen Karikaturen-Wettbewerb.

 

 

 

 

Artikel 2: Der Schmuggel von Kulturgütern, die Bemühungen um die geschmuggelten Kulturgütern zurück zu bringen, die historischen Stätten und Naturdenkmäler, monumentale Werke und das Bewußtsein der historischen Umgebung, wissenschaftliche Forschungen und archäologische Ausgrabungen und Museen nahmen in den letzten Jahren kontinuierlich Platz auf der Agenda unseres Landes.

 

Unser Ziel ist es, die Karikaturisten zu fördern, ihre Meinungen und Kritik zu diesen Themen zu erhalten, die  Liebe zu Antiquitäten unter der umfangreichen Bevölkerung zu verbreiten, bei der Entwicklung des Tourismus in unserer Provinz Beitrag zu leisten und dafür zu sorgen, daß die Beiträge zu diesem Thema dauerhaft auf der Agenda unseres Landes aufrecht erhalten werden.

 

 

 

 

Artikel 3: Das Thema des Wettbewerbs ist “Antike Denkmäler – Museen und menschliche Beziehungen”.

 

 

 

 

Artikel 4: Mitglieder der Wettbewersjury und alle mit Ausnahme des ersten und zweiten Grades der Jurymitglieder dürfen am Wettbewerb teilnehmen.

 

Artikel 5: Jeder Teilnehmer darf  maximal 5 Werke einreichen.

 

Artikel 6: Zum Wettbewerb sind nur Originalkarikaturen zugelassen, die auf keiner Art und Weise veröffentlicht wurden. Kopien oder ähnliche Musterstücke werden nicht akzeptiert. Die intellektuelle Verantwotungen gehören den Karikaturisten an.

 

Artikel 7: Die Werke über Burdur und über antike Stätte und Denkmäler, die sich in Burdur befinden, werden bei der Bewertung einen Vorrang erhalten.

 

Artikel 8: An der unteren rechten Ecke auf der Rückseite des Werkes sind Name, Vorname, Adresse und Telefonnummer des Teilnehmers schriftlich anzugeben. Außerdem muß ein kurzer Lebenslauf des Teilnehmers beigefügt sein.

 

Artikel 9: Das Format des Werkes muß 35 x 25 cm betragen; Werke im größeren oder kleineren Format werden vom Wettbewerb ausgeschlossen.

 

Artikel 10: Die von der Jury qualifizierten Werke (die zur Ausstellung gewürdigt werden)  werden durch die Stadtdirektion für Kultur und Tourismus im Museum von Burdur sowie an angemessen Plätzen ausgestellt.

 

Artikel 11: Die zum Wettbewerb angemeldeten Werke gehen in das Eigentum der Stadtdirektion für Kultur und Tourismus des Gouverneursamtes Burdur über. Das ganze Urheberrecht der Karikatur wird der Stadtdirektion für Kultur und Tourismus überlassen. Die Teilnehmer lassen sich einverstanden, daß sie im Falle einer Veröffentlichung der betreffenden Karikaturen keine Rechte beantragen dürfen. Veröffentlichungen werden den Karikaturisten kostenlos zugesendet.

 

 

 

 

Artikel 12: Der Einsendeschluss für den Wettbewerb ist Mittwoch, der 11. Mai 2012. Der Termin für die Bewertung der Werke ist Montag, der 14. Mai 2012.  Die Preisverleihung wird am 18. Mai 2012 im Rahmen des Festprogramms zum “Tag der Museen” stattfinden. Die prämierten Karikaturisten werden ihre Preise während ihrer Teilnahme an der Preisverleihung erhalten. Ihr Bus-,Transport- und Aufenthaltskosten für diese Reise werden von den Organisatoren übernommen. Die Werke für den 27.
